The patient service is based in Istanbul; handling your request and the requested clinic coordination may involve transferring data to Turkey.

Health-related information

Photos and documents are optional. They may contain health information and are used for this enquiry only with your explicit consent. No attachment consent is sent when no files are selected. Do not send information about other people without their authorization.

Contact form and WhatsApp

The form sends your details and selected files to our enquiry service. Email and WhatsApp use the communication service you choose. WhatsApp’s own privacy information also applies when you use that service.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing and withdraw consent for the future. Use the contact address provided here. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that already took place.
