Transfer, airport, hotel and Istanbul schedule
Travel support can cover practical information such as airport choice, hotel location or transfer coordination. It remains separate from the medical treatment and from clinical decision-making.
Türkiye BioHealth Hair is not a clinic and does not perform treatments itself. Medical decisions are made by the partner clinic after individual assessment.

Our role: patient service, not the treating clinic
Türkiye BioHealth Hair acts as a patient-service layer for preparing a hair-transplant inquiry. That can include organising photos and background information, forwarding the request to a partner clinic and helping with practical follow-up questions. The service does not perform a medical examination, does not carry out hair transplantation and does not issue its own treatment approval.
The treating clinic and the responsible clinicians decide suitability, method, treatment scope and medical aftercare. This separation should also remain clear in the written offer. Organisational help with communication, hotel location or transfers does not change who holds medical responsibility for diagnosis, treatment and clinical follow-up.
